This is a salad I throw together alot. It is very simple, as most salads are:)
Ingredients:
baby spinach or your favorite greens
pine nuts (toast them slowly in a frying pan with no oil...watch and stir carefully to prevent scorching)
red onion, diced
feta cheese
baby sweet peppers sliced (These are just baby bell peppers. If you can't find them you can use a red bell pepper)
avocado, diced
fresh cracked pepper
Brianna's Blush Wine viniagrette
Cardini's Caesar dressing (not pictured)
Mix all the ingredients and toss with equal parts of the two dressings. Enjoy!
